Boxing for fitness is an easy to learn and simple to follow training session.  It is a full body workout which is high intensity and low impact.  Boxing for fitness requires no previous experience or choreography skills and is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Boxing for fitness has a variety of benefits both physically and mentally.  Physical benefits include cardiovascular improvement, strength and endurance gains without the muscle strain, low impact on joints, improved flexibility, core strength, balance and co-ordination.  Mentally boxing provides variety, builds self confidence and motivation, helps you to focus and provides stress release.  Boxing will challenge your stamina, control, co-ordination, power and speed. It is also a fast and efficient way to burn calories. Boxing sessions are held in a safe and friendly environment.
